Carrot-Zucchini Bread
Ingredients
- 2.25 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1.5 teaspoons cinnamon
- .75 teaspoon baking soda
- .5 teaspoon baking powder
- .5 teaspoon salt
- .25 teaspoon ground cloves
- .75 cup finely chopped carrots
- .75 cup finely chopped zucchini
- .5 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- .66 cup veggie or canola oil
- .5 cup milk
- 2 eggs (beaten)
Directions
Step 1 | |
In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, soda, baking powder, salt, and cloves. | |
Step 2 | |
Add in remaining ingredients. | |
Step 3 | |
Stir until moistened. | |
Step 4 | |
Bake in a loaf pan at 350 degrees for 65-70 minutes |
