Project 365 {week 32}

I refuse to look at the calendar and see my time home with the boys vanishing.

So let’s just look at the past week, shall we?

August 5: enjoying some cheesecake ice cream

August 6: waiting for therapy. sigh.

August 7: this is what bath night looks like. CUTE.

August 8: after dinner treats on the deck.

August 9: trapped under sleeping baby with full bladder. Yikes!

August 10: typical afternoon while Eddie naps.

August 11: Flying Yoga!

This week was filled with awesome things that made me smile.

Which I needed.

Thank you.

In case you missed it this week, I wrote about how I chose to formula feed my kids over at Borderless News and Views.

About Katie

Just a small town girl...wait no. That is a Journey song. Katie Sluiter is a small town girl, but she is far from living in a lonely world. She is a middle school English teacher, writer, mother, and wife. Life has thrown her a fair share of challenges, but her belief is that writing through them makes her stronger.

  1. Great pictures! And glad you are watching “Friends” 😉 Been thinking of you this week, and sending lots of supportive hugs through the universe. Hope you are getting what you need!

  2. Love the bath time photo of Charlie. What a cutie pie. I never heard of flying yoga. Sounds interesting.

  3. Yay for time watching Friends – one of my family’s favorite shows (and I mean the whole family – well, maybe not the baby). Charlie’s so cute – and I’d be happy like Eddie if I were eating cheesecake ice cream!

  4. Ok I have to ask what the heck is flying yoga?? OH I hated being trapped with a need to desperately pee and a baby loving on me.

  5. Friends always cheer me up. Both the TV show and real friends.

    Flying yoga -how cool!

  6. you have the most gorgeous deck and yard and view….I’m so jealous!
That’s what I miss most since we live in S FL….
and wow….super impressed with the flying yoga skills
