Carrot-Zucchini Bread

Ingredients

  • 2.25 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1.5 teaspoons cinnamon
  • .75 teaspoon baking soda
  • .5 teaspoon baking powder
  • .5 teaspoon salt
  • .25 teaspoon ground cloves
  • .75 cup finely chopped carrots
  • .75 cup finely chopped zucchini
  • .5 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • .66 cup veggie or canola oil
  • .5 cup milk
  • 2 eggs (beaten)

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, soda, baking powder, salt, and cloves.
Step 2
Add in remaining ingredients.
Step 3
Stir until moistened.
Step 4
Bake in a loaf pan at 350 degrees for 65-70 minutes
