This week was one of those weeks that gets off to a weird start due to storms.
We had a power outage day on Monday, so I was home, but then Tuesday felt like Monday.
But Wednesday felt like Thursday.
And Friday felt like Thursday.
One of those weeks.

November 18: No school because no power. Eddie’s school is not closed, so the boys are off and I am alone. ALONE. Alone to make plans for my college class because all my materials are locked in a classroom in a building with now power. D’oh!

November 21: Doing my my trainings. Trying not to giggle at the ridiculous, computer animated examples of “sexual harassment”
It’s not like we were anymore busy than usual, but the week was sort of a blur.
I don’t suppose that will change at all from here until the end of the year…
Speaking of the holidays, with Thanksgiving this week, I am not planning on posting anything this week.
I have only two days of work and then family time for five days.
I think I’ll go blog-free for that time.
Happy Holiday Season!

Those boys are ridiculously cute! Have a great Thanksgiving!

There is a lot of cuteness going on in this post!
Also – I always thought power outages could be kind of romantic, but I now realize that no – not so much!

That picture of Cort and your nephew? Almost gave me baby fever, too. He’s so proud, and the squishy newborn! Perfection. Have a fantastic Thanksgiving, Sluiters!

Computer-animated sexual harassment IS funny; even funnier than a post-goulash pout.
(So cute. And also, now I’m hungry.)
Wishing all the Sluiters a wonderful Thanksgiving – and I hope you enjoy this break with all your boys.
A reason to be grateful, indeed.
Stay warm and happy.
You are loved.

I am constantly amazed at the amount of food James can eat. It sounds like you’ve got one of those types of kids as well.

I have big goulash eaters at my house too. And first birthday cake photos are the best. 🙂
I hope you enjoy your week and your bloggy break!
