Project 365 {week 1}

Here we go…starting over from week 1.

This time in 2013.

Technically this week has the booty-end of 2012 in it too.

See?

December 30: we started the year with this guy in my belly. Ending it with him just standing around.

December 31: Soda after 8pm and scrabble. We rung in the new year with all sorts of crazy.

January 1: Here comes baby new year...or just a naked Bird.

January 2: And old laptop becomes the "game computer" and Eddie gets his "mommy face" on.

January 3: This guy has been my cuddly sidekick for two weeks.

January 4: Representin' The Nation

January 5: Cort blesses me with a "Kate Day": coffee with a friend, shopping, and then dinner with another friend.

I would say 2013 has started of quietly and calmly.

If it could just stay this way, I will take it!

Also? This could be the last day you see Sluiter Nation looking this way…design changes coming all over the place!  WOOT!

About Katie

Just a small town girl...wait no. That is a Journey song. Katie Sluiter is a small town girl, but she is far from living in a lonely world. She is a middle school English teacher, writer, mother, and wife. Life has thrown her a fair share of challenges, but her belief is that writing through them makes her stronger.

Comments

  1. Happy New Year, Sluiter Nation! Always enjoy seeing your weekly photos. 🙂

  2. Is it weird that Zaid was walking by and pointed, saying Aw looka da baby and I said something about Bird’s butt? No? Good. (Also, my middle girl, Zoe, is also Bird.)

Can’t wait for the new design reveal. I’m all giddy.

  3. I love the custom onesie, you’re all sorts of cool.

Can’t wait to check out the new design!

  4. Baby butts are the BEST. So are mama-alone days with yummy food and drinks! Can’t wait to see the big changes around here!

  5. Yeah for another year of weekly Project 365 pics. I always love seeing what you guys were up too. Love the look on Eddie’s face – such concentration. 🙂

  6. It made my day that one of your Scrabble words was ‘shit’.
I wish I had the determination to follow through with project 365.

  7. I like quiet and calm. Love the booty pic.

  8. Hee! Love the booty start, and damn your site looks fabulous! Love!
