This was the week I vowed to use my DSLR more…and play with the settings.
I totally took a lot of pictures.
But I forgot to spread them out all week.
So there are a lot of phone pics (thank you, instagram) this week too.
Once again those shot with the DSLR are marked with an *
Yes, another wonderful week in Sluiter Nation.
And guess what…I signed up for that course on using my DSLR like I said I would!
It starts Tuesday night.
And I will apologize in advance because you KNOW I am going to post what I try.
And it may not all be wonderful.
I’m just sayin’.
But you’re all used to that ’round these parts by now, right?
Right.
Great pics! I love the perspective on the bicycle shot!
Thanks. I have a million weirdo ones from that day where I was just laying all over the yard trying to get something that wasn’t a blur-fest! This one I thought was the best of all of them 🙂
You have a beautiful family sweetie!!!
Thanks, you! 🙂
Wonderful pics. I love the “fell asleep at the gym” shot … baby arms are so adorable. Can’t wait to hear about the photography class… I’m still learning my camera
I will totally share what I learn…I will for sure share the good…and the boo boo pics I take so you all can see the difference 🙂
Have fun at the DLSR course. Look forward to seeing your practice photos 😉
I hope they aren’t too awful to share. Oh who am I kidding…they will get shared either way! 🙂
Oh, Katie…so many handsome boys.
That second to last photo, with Charlie and his pacifier is a-maz-ing!
What course are you taking? I keep meaning to find one and DO IT!
Thank you so much, Nichole!
The course I am taking is through our public school’s rec department. In fact, I was thinking of asking them about blogging courses and if they thought there would be interest. I think it would be fun to teach some adults over the summer 🙂
And yes, I have been meaning to take a class for the past 2 years since owning my camera. I just happened to see this one, and Cort said, “Call! Do it!”
Love your photos this week, especially “tired dudes”.
Another wonderful week, indeed. You are so good at this, Katie.
