There Was Some Running

Cortney and I ran participated in the Susan G Koman Race for the Cure.  Many of you helped us with our fundraising and between he and I?  We raised over $700!!!  That is amazing!

I wrote about my perspective of race day on Running Between Tweets.

Cortney wrote about it on his blog, Tasty Buttered Toast.

Thank you again for all your support!  We hope to do it again next year…but we hope to be even better!

About Katie

Just a small town girl...wait no. That is a Journey song. Katie Sluiter is a small town girl, but she is far from living in a lonely world. She is a middle school English teacher, writer, mother, and wife. Life has thrown her a fair share of challenges, but her belief is that writing through them makes her stronger.
